Parkland Fencing
At Sixpenny Forge we manufacture all styles of Parkland also referred to as Estate fencing in our UK workshops. We also offer a full installation service, galvanizing and painting of a long lasting professional finish which is available in a full range of colours
Deer Fencing
This Deer fencing is made up of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm Tee section posts with 20mm round bars flowing through. The bars are held in place with pins. Another common style is to replace the bars with wire and tighten to a ratchet post.
Standard Estate Fencing
Standard estate fencing is made from 40mm x 8mm flat posts. The top rail being 20mm round and four flat bars 25mm x 5mm. This must be concreted in for strength.
Tee Section Parkland Fencing
Tee section parkland fencing is so well held in the ground that no concrete will be needed. The posts can be driven in providing a very strong and stock-proof fence.
Ongoing Restoration Project
This is an annual ongoing restoration project linked to a grant scheme for one of the National Trusts southern estates.
